[Oysters] We use Maruemon oysters, a brand of oysters delivered directly from Akkeshi.[Dashi-rolled omelet] Fluffy rolled omelette made with the same amount of bonito and kombu-flavored dashi stock as the eggs.[Kamameshi] We are particular about the soup stock of [chicken] and [seafood], and we cook it after letting the rice absorb the soup stock.

[Oysters] We use "Maruemon" brand oysters shipped directly from Akkeshi, giving them a rich, creamy flavor.[Dashimaki Tamago] Made with the same amount of dashi stock, flavored with bonito and kelp, as the eggs, and cooked until fluffy.[Kamameshi] We are particular about the stock we use, and we let the rice slowly absorb the stock before cooking it.
